Narmo Ortiz, DPM is an experienced and highly qualified podiatrist. He is board-certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery, and the American Board of Lower Extremity Surgery. Dr. Ortiz obtained his medical degree from Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine, where he was also a teaching assistant of Gross Anatomy, Lower Extremity Anatomy and Neuroanatomy. He then completed his residency in Primary Podiatric Medicine with BUSPM at Cedars Medical Center and in Podiatric Surgery at Coral Gables Hospital. With further training in Orthoplastics by the esteemed American Microsurgical and Orthoplastic Society. Dr. Ortiz is committed to providing the highest level of whole patient care. He offers a full range of both conservative and surgical treatments for the foot and ankle, including limb salvage and reconstruction, sports medicine and primary podiatric medicine.

An OSSIOfiber® certified surgeon has performed a minimum number of procedures using OSSIOfiber® implants. Additionally, Certified surgeons must maintain their use of OSSIOfiber® implants on a monthly basis or be an OSSIOfiber® certified surgeon trainer.
