Dr. Kevin received his undergraduate education at Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania earning him a Bachelor of Arts with a Major in History and Studio Art Minor. He then went on to earn his Master’s Degree receiving a Masters of Biomedical Science from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He then graduated as Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from The Kent State University of College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, Ohio. After concluding medical school, Dr. Rabie completed his residency with the Eastern Virginia Medical School Podiatric Residency Program where he became Chief Resident in his final year.

Dr. Rabie is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and is board qualified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery in forefoot and rearfoot surgery. He is also currently serving as Treasurer of the Hampton Roads Podiatric Medical Association.

OSSIOfiber® Certified Surgeon

An OSSIOfiber® certified surgeon has performed a minimum number of procedures using OSSIOfiber® implants. Additionally, Certified surgeons must maintain their use of OSSIOfiber® implants on a monthly basis or be an OSSIOfiber® certified surgeon trainer.
