OSSIO SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the marketing text message program (the “Program”) operated by [OSSIO, INC.] (“OSSIO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these Terms.


Program description

When you opt in, OSSIO may send you marketing text messages. These may include [event invitations and updates, new product announcements, educational content, and promotional offers. Confirm the categories that match the audience you are texting]. The Program is for marketing communications only.


How to opt out

You can cancel the Program at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message, and you will not receive any further marketing texts from us. To rejoin, opt in again the same way you originally subscribed.

Eligibility

The Program is available to recipients with a valid mobile number in the United States. You must be the account holder for the mobile number you provide, or have authorization from the account holder.


Privacy

The information you provide through the Program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://ossio.io/privacy-policy/ . We do not share text messaging opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.


Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes take effect when posted. Your continued participation in the Program after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
