Dr. Mullan is a native of Iowa who obtained his undergraduate degree from the University if Northern Iowa. He later went on to obtain his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Dr. William School, College of Podiatric Medicine. From there he went on to complete his residency training at the VA Connecticut Healthcare System and then Saddleback Podiatric Residency. He has been practicing Podiatric medicine in Las Cruces for more than 14 years. Dr. Mullan is a Diplomat of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and certified in foot and ankle surgery.
